1. Upload Receipt

Take a picture of the receipt with your phone and fill in the missing information. The missing information might be „department,“ „project number,“ or simply a company requirement to provide a comment on the purchase. The solution automatically scans and captures the remaining necessary information, such as amount and date.

2. Send for Approval

Depending on company rules, the outlay is sent for approval to the immediate manager or the finance department. The approver can easily review, approve, or decline the outlay on their phone.

3. Bookkeeping and Automatic Reimbursement

The finance department receives the outlay and prepares it for automatic bookkeeping and reimbursement to the employee.
